Privacy Policy

Qi9 (qi9.jp and bh.qi9.jp — "this site") takes your privacy seriously. Our policy is to handle as little of your information as possible.

1. Date of birth

A date and time of birth entered in the app is used only to calculate your results, and is never stored on our servers.

2. Your answers

Your answers to the app's questions are used only to show you your results. They are not stored in any personally identifiable form, and are never shared with third parties.

3. Your conversations

To provide the service, your dialogue history in the app is stored on our server, separated per user and encrypted. The encryption keys are managed on the server (this is not end-to-end encryption; we never look at your content).

To generate responses, the content of your dialogue is sent to an external AI provider's API (as processing on our behalf). We never provide your content for AI training, advertising, or any other third-party use. Our servers are operated on hosting providers in Japan.

You can export your history at any time from the app, and "delete all" removes it completely from our server. Deleted history is not retained in periodic backups.

4. Sign-up requests

The name and contact address (such as an email address) you provide on the sign-up form are used only to contact you about issuing your ID. They are never shared with third parties, and records no longer needed are deleted.

5. Access logs

For the operation of this site, access logs (IP address, date and time of access, etc.) may be recorded. They are used only for preventing unauthorized access and responding to technical problems.

6. External services

This site uses Google Fonts to display text. Loading the fonts may transmit access information to Google.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the News section of this site.
